I’m Carol Jacoby and I’ve spent my career helping people reach their goals in the most effective way. I did this as a mission analyst in the electronics and aerospace industry—complex systems for complex goals. I did this as a consultant to big corporations and little businesses. I’ve taught hundreds of professionals the techniques to get from here to there—predictive analytics, systems engineering, Six Sigma, and more.
I’ve filled my life with things I enjoy and that help others. I’m a consultant, podcaster, writer, mentor, researcher, analyst, and new grandmother. I’ve found ways to balance all my roles and goals. I’m excited to be writing The Joy of Doing to share these techniques.
